Our Admission Criteria
- We promote a healthy living program.
- We provide water and two snacks daily.
- We provide independent living skills.
- We provide pick-up and drop-out services within a certain radius.
Admission Criteria
Here are the admission criteria for Marry's House:
- Must have Medicaid Waiver Eligibility
- At least 18 years of age with a primary diagnosis of developmental and intellectual disability.
- May have a secondary of mental illness and/or a medical condition.
- Present with three (3) deficits at the adaptive skill level (see characteristics)
- Both men and women are eligible The individual is requesting services by the agency.
- PPD and a physical within a year of the admission date.
- Individuals may display challenging behaviors that does not jeopardize the safety of self or others.
- Individuals who are ambulatory with walking devices such as canes, leg braces, walkers, etc. are eligible for admission.
- Others will be considered if Marry's House have the resources to meet their needs and keep everyone safe
